This course focuses on strengthening your spelling and pronunciation skills in Surah Al-Fatihah, with special attention to:
Tafkhīm (heavy pronunciation) and Tarqīq (light pronunciation)
Identifying letters that require proper heaviness or lightness
Words that need extra care in articulation and clarity
Common mistakes in recitation and how to correct them
An all-around program which provides the minimum level of knowledge needed by Muslim students in order to practice Islamic teaching in their daily life, and be knowledgeable of the minimum to be learned in religion (ما لا يسع المسلم جهله).

Graduating students will have a full overview of the topics mentioned in the Quran as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Suras and Ayahs including their meanings, reasons of revelation -if any- different topics under Ulum al Quran (such as calligraphy) hence can have a proper dealing with the Quran.
